Terms and conditions

User, Consumer and Buyer are obliged to read these Terms and conditions before purchasing, and to periodically check them in order to be aware of their rights and obligations at all times. Seller, KROKO proizvodnja i razvoj LLC, will not be held responsible for any actions and use of this website contrary to these Terms and conditions.

The Seller is KROKO proizvodnja i razvoj LLC.

The User is any person who visits or uses this website, regardless of registration.

The Buyer is a natural or legal person who places an order and / or purchases a product through this website.

The Consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction or operates on the market outside his trade, business, craft or professional activity, in accordance with the provisions of the current Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Croatia, which applies only to consumers.

Photographs and other pictorial representations of the products are of an exclusively informative nature, regardless of the fact they try to convey the appearance of the products as realistically as possible. Deviations in color and appearance are possible due to the manner of photography, monitor settings, production time and product improvements, but they do not constitute a basis for any objection, complaint or exercise of other rights.

The Seller is not responsible for any damages and/or the procedures that fall within the scope of the delivery (courier) service, or the company that is responsible for delivering of goods. Please note that it is necessary to submit the original documentation that accompanied the goods and with which the goods were delivered, in order to exercise the right to terminate the contract and/or the right to complain.

The website offers for sale all products and items that are published on that website and currently available in the Seller's warehouse.

Prices are stated in the following currencies, depending on the page being visited, Croatian kuna (HRK), Euro (EUR) or US dollar (USD). All prices include VAT.

Orders are received via online form (web store), which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will use your personal information exclusively for the purpose of selling our products and delivery through delivery services. We will not sell, pass them on or otherwise transfer them to unrelated third parties. By submitting your personal data, you give us consent for their use.

Payment for ordered goods is possible with the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Maestro and MasterCard. When paying on our web store, you use CorvusPay - an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards via Internet. The Buyer will cover all the costs of the order by card payment, the price of the item and the delivery price.

By using the website, the User agrees to the application of Croatian law and positive legal regulations and the jurisdiction of the court in Zagreb, Croatia.

Orders and payment methods


By submitting the order the Buyer declares that he fully understands and agrees with these Terms and conditions and that he has the appropriate legal capacity to enter into a sales contract (ie that it is not limited or revoked).

KROKO Proizvodnja i razvoj LLC (Seller) will inform the Buyer that the order has been received, by sending the Confirmation of receipt of the order via e-mail to the Buyers email address, with information on the price of the ordered goods and delivery costs. The legal status of the received order is an "offer" and does not oblige the Seller to insure or deliver the ordered products. The Seller is not obliged to accept the order and may, in its sole discretion, reject it. However, the Buyer confirms that by submitting the order he accepts the obligation to pay for the product. In case of rejection of the Buyer's order, the Seller will return to the Buyer the entire amount received.

After the payment is made and order is accepted by the Seller, the Seller will send the Buyer a Confirmation of the contract via e-mail, which contains the invoice, delivery service information and tracking number. The purchase contract between the Seller and the Buyer shall be concluded at the time when the Seller sends the Buyer an electronic Confirmation of the contract. Since that moment on, all prices and other conditions of sale have been agreed and are valid for both the Seller and the Buyer. Seller will not be obliged to deliver any other product that is not accepted.

The items listed on the website are available at the Seller's warehouse.

If an error occurs and the requested item is not available in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller will contact the Buyer by phone or e-mail and suggest one or more following option:

  • new item availability date
  • refund
  • an alternative equivalent item that is currently available

After the order confirmation and transfer of the funds to the Seller's account, the Seller will arrange the delivery to the Buyer's address. The order is usually sent within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment to the Seller's account. Delivery service is predefined by the Seller - the Buyer cannot influence its choice.

Payment security

The website takes all necessary measures to protect the personal data of its users by collecting only the necessary and basic data. All collected data is considered confidential and is available only to those employees who need it to fulfill work tasks related to online (web) commerce. All employees of KROKO proizvodnja i razvoj LLC, as well as business partners, are obliged to adhere to the rules of privacy and personal data protection. Data confidentiality is ensured using SSL encryption. Our billing site is also secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128 bit encryption. SSL encryption is a data encryption procedure to prevent unauthorized access during data transfer. Using this protocol allows us to securely transfer data and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user device and the payment service provider. The online payment service provider is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard in accordance with Visa and MasterCard rules. The Seller does not store credit or debit card numbers, and unauthorized persons cannot access this information. The payment service is based on the 3-D security standard that currently offers the highest level of security for online credit and debit card transactions. If Buyers card is part of a 3-D security program, additional authentication will be requested to verify the user of the card in question.

When paying on our web store you are using CorvusPay - an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards via the Internet.

CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you enter it in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment information is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes in contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, data is inaccessible even to CorvusPay system employees. The isolated core independently transmits and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.

The form for entering payment data is provided with the SSL transport code of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay meets all the requirements related to the security of online payments prescribed by leading card brands, ie operates in accordance with the standard - PCI DSS Level 1 - the highest security standard of the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, your bank, in addition to the validity of the card itself, additionally confirms your identity with a token or password.

Corvus Info considers all collected information to be a bank secret and treats it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely secure, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most modern mechanisms. Only the data necessary to perform the work in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment are collected.

The security controls and operating procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the current reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition, by maintaining strict access control, regular security monitoring and in-depth checks to prevent network vulnerabilities, and planned implementation of information security provisions, they permanently maintain and improve the level of system security by protecting your card data.

Delivery and return


KROKO products are available in the countries of the European Union, the United States, Switzerland and other countries. The full list of countries we ship to is available below. The delivery price is charged depending on the destination and the weight of the package, according to the price list of the delivery service that performs the delivery. The Buyer is informed about the amount of delivery costs before confirming the delivery of the order, with a separate display of the amount of these costs.

The delivery time of the order for Croatia is usually 2-7 working days, and for the rest of the world 5-14 working days, except in cases of extraordinary circumstances, of which the Seller will notify the Buyer via e-mail, including the estimated delivery time. Due to the uncertainty of product availability and/or the impossibility of influencing extraordinary circumstances (e.g. force majeure, pandemics, natural disasters, state of war, etc.), a longer delivery time than the estimated time or time frame given when ordering is possible. The Seller assumes no responsibility for damage that may occur due to the longer delivery time. The Seller is not responsible for the loss of the shipment. The risk passes to the Buyer at the time when the Seller delivers the goods to the delivery service.

Products will be delivered to the address specified in the order as the "delivery address". The Buyer is obliged to pick up the ordered products at a certain time and day at the delivery address. In the event that the Buyer does not pick up the goods within the agreed time and re-delivery is required, the Buyer will be charged additional delivery costs according to the terms of the delivery service. Delivery is repeated in accordance with the terms of the delivery service. The Seller, ie its contracted delivery service, reserves the right to verify the identity of the recipient of the product (Buyer) in an appropriate manner - for example, by inspecting public documents.

Damage caused during the transport

The products will be packed and protected so that they cannot be damaged by normal transport handling. It is recommended that the Buyer inspects the shipment in front of the courier, in order to avoid subsequent complaints due to the possibility of damage to the shipment during the delivery, and to immediately complain to the courier worker who delivered the goods.

If upon the receipt of the shipment is determined that the shipment (package) or product is damaged, missing content or has visible signs of opening, it is recommended that the Buyer immediately initiates a complaint procedure directly with the delivery service.

The company KROKO proizvodnja i razvoj LLC is not responsible for damage caused in transport. If the product is damaged by the carrier, please contact them directly immediately.

If the product needs to be repaired in a case for which the Seller is not responsible, the Seller will assist in providing the necessary spare parts, but the repair will not be covered in terms of the provisions of these Terms and conditions or the provisions of the Warranty.



The Consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving a reason for the same, within 14 calendar days from the date of collection of the shipment (goods), if the goods were purchased outside the business premises of the trader and/or the contract was concluded at a distance. Before the expiration of the 14-day period, the Consumer is obliged to send a statement of termination, using the contract termination form available HERE, to the e-mail The Seller shall, without delay, confirm to the Consumer that he has received his statement of unilateral termination of the contract. After sending a statement of termination, the Consumer is obliged to return completely undamaged and unused products, in the original packaging, with all pendants and sewing markings to the Seller, within 14 days, otherwise the Consumer is not entitled to a refund or free-of-charge delivery. The refund shall be made within 14 days from the day when the Seller received undamaged, unused and originally packaged products, with all pendants and sewing marks, by payment on the Buyer's card previously used for the payment of the returned product.

NOTE: The cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer. Seller assumes no responsibility for products lost or damaged in the delivery process.


1) It is necessary to fill in the form contract termination form, obtained within the package with the ordered products. The contract termination form can be downloaded HERE.

2) The completed form must be attached to the returned products. The products must be undamaged and unused, in the original packaging and must have all sewing and pendant markings.

3) The product return address is located at the bottom of the contract termination form. The buyer can cut it out and paste it on the shipment or enter the following address:

The Consumer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the purchase contract in cases when:

- the object of the contract are goods and/or services whose price depends on changes in the financial market that are beyond the influence of the Seller, that may occur during the duration of the Consumer's right to unilaterally terminate the contract

- the object of the contract are goods that are made according to the Consumer's specification or that are clearly tailored to the Consumer

- the object of the contract are sealed goods which, due to health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, if they were unsealed after delivery

- the object of a contract are goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

- The Consumer specifically requested a visit from the Seller for urgent repairs or maintenance work, provided that during such a visit, in addition to those services that the Consumer has explicitly requested, the Seller provides other services, or delivers other goods other than those necessary for performing urgent repairs or maintenance work, the Consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in connection with those additional services or goods,

- The Consumer specifically requested a visit from the Seller to perform the repair services for which the price is charged, and the contract, the fulfillment of which began with the explicit prior consent of the Consumer, is completed in full.


The provisions regarding the right to unilateral termination of the contract stated here do not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity. The applicable provisions of the Civil Obligations Act and the Electronic Commerce Act shall apply to the legal entity buyer.


If the Buyer considers the goods contain defects and does not want to terminate the contract but wants to file a complaint, the Civil Obligations Act provisions shall be applied on such case, including the applicable deadline provisions. Products damaged by regular use, negligence, improper use and/or omission of the Buyer may only be repaired at the Buyer’s expense.

The complaint should be filled in writing, with detailed explanation, and submitted to the Seller via e-mail address The Seller will send a written response within 14 days from the date of receipt of the written complaint.

The Seller is not obliged to accept the complaint or accept the goods if they were sent without prior agreement with the Seller. The Buyer shall bear the costs of the complaint, unless the Seller decides otherwise.


The Seller proudly guarantees the quality, durability and properties of its products, in accordance with the Warranty, which you can find HERE. In addition to the rights under the Warranty, the Buyer has rights from liability for material defects of things, which are not affected by the Warranty.

Authorized service

To exercise the rights under the Warranty, the Buyer must use only an authorized service, or contact the Seller directly.

Any unauthorized repair or modification is the basis for termination of the Warranty.

Additional information

These Terms and conditions represent a complete agreement between the Seller and the User, related to the use of this website, and/or the purchase of products through this website, and they cannot be changed or adjusted, except in writing.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and conditions is wholly or partially inaccessible or invalid, that provision shall not be considered a part of these Terms and conditions, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms and conditions. An unenforceable or invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision which most closely achieves the purpose of the invalid provision.

The User may not transfer the rights and obligations from these Terms and conditions to third parties without the prior written consent of the Seller.

Specific rights

In addition to the rights and obligations described in the Warranty, the company KROKO proizvodnja i razvoj LLC as well as the Buyer, have all the rights that belong to them according to the positive legal regulations of Croatian law, and relate to warranties, accidental and consequential damages, and repairs and replacements.



Pursuant to the provisions of Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NG 19/22), KROKO proizvodnja i razvoj Llc allows the Customer to submit a written complaint. A written complaint may be submitted at the Seller's business premises at the address Zagrebačka 74, 10 380 Sveti Ivan Zelina, Republic of Croatia, or by mail or via e-mail address

Upon receipt of the written complaint, the Seller will confirm its receipt without delay, and will declare to the Customer the merits of the stated complaint in writing, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the written complaint.

After the complaint is submitted through the out-of-court dispute resolution platform, it will be automatically forwarded to the Seller. If the dispute between the Seller and the Customer cannot be resolved by submitting a written complaint, the Seller may propose to the Customer to resolve the dispute out of court, before one of the bodies for alternative dispute resolution, in accordance with the Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (NG 121/16, 32/19). If the Seller agrees to participate in the out-of-court dispute resolution procedure, the Seller will propose one or more dispute resolution bodies that can process the Customer's complaint. Participation in the out-of-court dispute resolution procedure is not mandatory, and depends solely on the consent of all parties to the dispute.

In the event that the Seller and the Customer do not resolve the dispute amicably and/or out of court, the court in Zagreb will have jurisdiction over disputes between the Seller and the Customer.


These Terms and conditions shall enter into force on April 1st 2022.
