The Medical Assault Backpack M-1068 is a larger version of the professional-grade medical pack designed for fast, structured and highly visible organization of emergency equipment. Built from heavy-duty CORDURA® 1000D, the backpack offers excellent abrasion resistance and long-term reliability in demanding field conditions.
The front and sides feature full MOLLE webbing for attaching additional medical or mission-specific pouches. The main compartment opens completely with a two-way zipper, providing unobstructed access to the interior. Inside, multiple transparent zippered pouches are mounted on hook-and-loop panels, allowing quick identification, removal and rearrangement of medical modules based on mission needs. The bright pullers enhance visibility and usability when operating in low-light conditions.
Exterior compression straps with buckles help stabilize the load and secure the backpack when fully packed.
The back panel is padded with breathable mesh for improved comfort during long wear, while contoured shoulder straps, an adjustable sternum strap and multiple attachment points ensure stable carry under movement. Side and top carry handles enable quick grabbing, lifting or handing off the pack during emergency response.
This backpack is designed as a versatile, full-capacity medical platform suitable for military, tactical, rescue and field medical teams who require structured accessibility and rugged reliability.
