“Cooling-off”- In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order, or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 calendar days from the package receipt for a full refund. After that, the 30 day return period starts where the Buyer is responsible for return of the unused and undamaged product, in the original packaging with the original hangtags and sewn-in labels.
