This has been our RIDE since 1961 when Mr. Vladimir Popovic founded KROKO - a high-end leather goods manufacturer, famous for unique craftsmanship across Europe. KROKO stayed in the fashion industry until the 90's when our troops were called upon to defend our country. Soon, we have developed our first camouflage pattern, started producing professional military and law-enforcement equipment, and supplied our men and women in the field.

Achieving what we have today was a long-term process that was asking for a complete technical transformation. During our shift, we were learning and adapting. We've spent thousands of hours researching and testing new materials, manufacturing methods, visiting exhibitions, and talking to end-users to ensure we are on the right track. The ultimate goal was to incorporate new methods and processes that lead to more reliable, innovative products suitable for modern warfare needs. Many of the designs and ideas we developed never saw the light of day in their original form. Still, they were the starting point for some of the best things we ever made, unique solutions for our company, and became our signature series.

In 2006 we decided to separate the production and development department from the distribution department. Our focus has shifted to develop even more new products while keeping exclusive distribution rights for world-famous law enforcement and military brands. KROKO proudly equips Croatian Armed Forces, Croatian Police, and the WORLD for over 25 years, manufacturing more than 300 of our product designs.

We're developing and offering apparel, tactical and ballistic solutions, as well as camouflage patterns, backpacks, holsters, belts, and other specialized equipment.

In 2017 everything gets even better; we redefined our company identity that reflects the evolution path in the past two decades. We're focused on getting closer to the customer and end-users. With this in thought, we have decided to make our products available outside of a closed circle of professional users and launched KROKO web store. Our goal is to bring products of equal quality with similar features, depending on the usage, to both – professional LE users and demanding outdoor enthusiasts.
